You'll be responsible for:

  • Directs on Project Delivery Management System (PDMS) development, to enhance projects collaborative delivery environments.
  • Develops look and feel for PDMS ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
  • Has understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams and OneDrive, PowerPlatform, cloud security and data governance.
  • Collaborates with project teams to gather business requirements and document the business requirements in a way that SharePoint PDMS can optimized for intended use.
  • Helps design solutions to migrate SharePoint PDMS system environments as per business requirements.
  • Develops the scope, strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering project PDMS.
  • Performs customization and configuration of the PDMS to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Supports project and workstream leads in creating content for the PDMS.
  • Monitors and reports on progress of content development for the PDMS.
  • Develops robust processes, procedures, and user guidance to allow for efficient use of the PDMS.
  • Ensures best practice and lessons learned across the Project PDMS.
  • Ensures consistency of delivery approach through standardized project procedures ensuring integration and compliance.
  • Manages access and support requests for working area.
  • Provides system training to project and client teams.

You'll need to have:

  • Experience in project controls and business systems with experience supporting engineering and construction projects.
  • Good working knowledge of business analysis tools such as MS Visio, UI design, Adobe and Screen mockups (wireframes).
  • Branding experience and ability to follow corporate guidelines.
  • Experience in developing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements specification (FRS) and process flow documents.
  • Previous construction/transit industry experience considered an asset.
  • Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in business analysis, project management, software engineering or related disciplines.
  • Certifications in business analysis and/or project management considered a strong asset.
