Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and qualified person to join our maintenance department at the Delhi location.

Responsibilities:

Work in compliance with the OHSA and the regulations, use or wear PPE in accordance to the Act or company policy; report to the supervisor any absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger themselves or another worker; and report to the supervisor any contravention of the Act.
Operate with a continuous sense of urgency in a fast paced working environment
Troubleshoot and perform hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical repairs to machinery
Repair small engines
Complete work orders in a timely manner
Inform shift supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns
Improve machine uptime and prevent machine break downs through implementation of P.M.'s and problem solving
Keep inventory of machine spare parts and requisition when needed
Keep record of all spare parts used, and time spent on each repair
Monitor and maintain water treatment system
Maintain and repair building and services for the plant
Follow lock out procedures to ensure safety of self and others
MIG weld as required
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance for each machine and piece of equipment as per their schedule
Perform other duties as required
