Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Agent located in Ontario, Canada. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Day-to-day tasks include mortgage servicing, providing guidance on mortgage options, analyzing client financial situations, marketing mortgage products and maintaining regulatory compliance.
This role emphasizes savvy marketing ability, lead generation, delivering excellent customer service, building client relationships and staying informed about market trends to provide expert advice.
QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Servicing and Mortgages
Familiarity with Mortgage Marketing and client engagement strategies
Skills in Mortgage Lending and creating tailored lending solutions
Certification or licensing as a Mortgage Agent within Ontario (FSRA license)
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks both in-office and remotely
Proficiency with mortgage software or financial tools is a plus
Previous sales or financial advisory experience is beneficial
