With a commitment to excellence and safety, we are expanding our operations in Ontario and are seeking a highly skilled Lead Rope Access Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of rope access technicians in various industrial settings.
• Plan and execute rope access projects safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct prejob assessments and safety briefings to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Perform equipment inspections and ensure that all rope access gear is in proper working condition.
• Provide technical guidance and training to rope access technicians, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, equipment inspections, and incident reports.

Requirements:

• IRATA Level 3 certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial rope access supervision.
• Strong understanding of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proven track record of successfully managing rope access projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work at heights and in challenging environments, with a strong focus on safety.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay:
From $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
