Description

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Executing account growth plans Conduct consultative growth calls and meetings by phone, and video
  • Prioritizing contact management Identifying key influencers and decision makers
  • Discovering methods of increasing client engagement
  • Sharing client feedback with product and marketing teams to prioritize new features
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams to achieve brand consistency and increase revenue.

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Positive energy to manage multiple clients while looking for new opportunities. Adaptability/flexible enjoys doing work that requires shifts in direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, Google Suite and CRM software

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$15.50-$34.47 per hour
