Job summary
We are seeking a reliable Mobile Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall appearance of our spaces.
This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms and amenity spaces.
You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained.
Help maintain a clean welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping Mopping Dusting Vacuuming etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators lounges laundry rooms Fitness rooms
- Tenant units upon vacancy including bathrooms kitchens ovens fridges
- Winter snow removal
