Position Overview:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales department's success.

You will work closely with the Senior Sales and Catering Manager to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to excel in the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales and Catering Manager to develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and personalized service.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to target new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences hosted at the resort.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, including catering, banquets, and reservations, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
