Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Team Leader - Employee Services, the clerk acts as an administrative support to Employee Services to ensure service optimization and proper support to the overall Human Resources team.

This position requires an on-site presence. Telecommuting is not available for this position.

Qualifications:

Administrative Duties;:

Provide backup at the front desk (2 days/week and break and lunch for the rest of the week. Ensure the reception of employees in the HR department.

Operational procedures and processes;:

Perform billing for the HR department;
Photocopying and printing for the Employee Services Team
Employee Data Management;:
Data entry and filing of requests in computer systems (training, disciplinary actions);
