Registere d Dietitian Re sponsibilities:

· Provide RegisteredDietitian services

· Conduct nutrition assessments and develop nutrition care plans in collaboration with clients/caregivers

· Implement best practice and evidence-based nutrition interventions to achieve client goals

Requirements:

· Registered with the College of Dietitians of working province

· Ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team

· A sound and current clinical background in all aspects of nutrition care, including enteral and parenteral nutrition

· Pediatric experience and/or a willingness to learn how to address the needs of the pediatric population

· A strong initiative, demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of chronic illness self-management principles and a client focused philosophy

· Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling and meet reporting deadlines

· Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency with computers
