    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager to join our team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing client issues, reviewing reports for accuracy and compliance, training and mentoring fund accountants, solving product problems raised by fund accountants.


    Fund Accounting Responsibilities:

    You will proactively manage client issues including trade processing, fee calculations and investor reporting.

    • - Review client and investor reports for accuracy and compliance with service level agreements
    • - Train and mentor junior staff members in the Fund Accounting area including presentation skills
    • - Identify areas of improvement within our processes ensuring best practices are followed at all times.< /u l > < strong > Key Qualifications:< /strong >< ul style= ' list -style- type : disc' > You must possess significant mutual fund or investment accounting experience , as well as excellent problem-solving skills . Thorough understanding of US investment characteristics is required . In addition , advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary . A post-secondary degree from an accredited institution (Accounting or Finance preferred ) is also essential .
