    Job Title: Youth and Family Support Practitioner

    About the Role

    This permanent role is responsible for providing supervision and support to young people residing in a program.

    • Assist with daily household routines and chores, minor facility maintenance, and direct youth support.
    • Maintain good working knowledge of computer programs and basic office applications to complete administrative tasks as well as case management responsibilities.

    Duties Include:
    • a. Assist youth with life skills development such as cooking, cleaning, time management etcetera
    Your typical work week will be 40 hours from Tuesday - Saturday , alternating weeks between 7am-3pm or 3-11pm

    Able-bodied individuals required for this position must also have strong relationship-building skills.
