Cardinal Health is looking for a Bilingual Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Management team on a 8-month contract in Dorval, Montreal.

This position will be a hybrid model helping our Dorval Facility along with other sites.

Quality Management is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products, and services, and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.

This role reports to the Manager or Director of Quality Management for Cardinal Health.

_ Your Contributions to the Organization will be to_:

Demonstrates knowledge of quality requirements and utilizes depth and breadth of experience to assess quality risk and business impact.

Assists in the implementation and execution of the Cardinal Health Quality System for one or more Canadian distribution facilities, as necessary
Participates in site quality audits, (internal and external) as necessary
Assists with the development of procedures and work instructions for quality programs
Executes on established quality policies and procedures
Responsible for assisting in conducting qualityrelated training programs, as needed
Maintains qualityrelated metrics for assigned country and/or region.
Provides ongoing guidance and direction to operations personnel regarding quality matters
Executes on Inspections, Testing and Release activities in Canada for National Brand and Cardinal Brand Canada Suppliers, as necessary
Execute on rework/relabeling activities as per protocols
Coordinate NC/CAPA investigations and resolutions for events occurring at the sites
Participates in the development policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
Provides solutions which may set precedent
Provides feedback to project leaders related to the completion of new projects
Provide leadership related to professional development for direct reports, as necessary
Receives guidance on overall project objectives

_ The Job might be for you if you:_

Science degree recognized by Health Canada preferred
Bilingual (English and French), preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in related field, preferred
Experience with the FDA and Health Canada regulations is an asset
Experience with local/Regional quality regulations
Understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to participate in a wide variety of projects
