We are seen an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team for clerical and administration functions in our office.Responsibilities:
*Flexible schedule 40hrs/week
*Entering AR and AP Invoices in QuickBooks Premier Edition
*Payroll Duties: time-sheet tracking/entering/ payroll submitting
*Filing of paperwork and keeping files organized
*Maintaining Equipment Maintenance Files
*General office administration duties - Answering calls, keeping office organized and tidy, general office duties, etc.
*Special projects and administrative support as required
*General safety administrative duties - organize and file drivers daily logs, maintaining driver safety certificates, book drug tests, etc.
Qualifications:
*Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration or other related fields,
*Previous Trucking industry experience an asset
*Ability to prioritize and multi-task
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Must have experience with Quickbooks
*Must have experience with Microsoft Office, most important being Excel and Word
*Working knowledge of office equipment - computers, printers, scanners and fax machine
*Hard working and self-motivated
Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour
