About the position:

Currently, we are looking for an eager
Systems Analyst for our Corporate IT team, based in
Burnaby.

Systems Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:

Working collaboratively with the IT team to manage stakeholder requests
ERP (JD Edwards) configuration, development and technical troubleshooting
ERP training for IT team and Houle end users
Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, development, and support
Microsoft SharePoint on premise configuration, development, and support
Procore development integration to ERP and other systems
Other Application development, testing and support as needed
Customize and build reports
Regularly update knowledge base and change mgmt. system, as well as document all necessary actions

System Analyst Experience and Skills:

Degree in Computer Science or other relevant education
7+ years of JDE EnterpriseOne experience configuring, troubleshooting and implementing
5+ years of hands on experience using Microsoft development stack
5+ years of hands on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint on prem SQL Server experience
Other professional IT designations/affiliations considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to foster positive productive professional relationships, with customer service approach
Ability to solve problems and use sound judgment for decision making
Very strong attention to detail
