Core Web Vitals Specialist

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Core Web Vitals / PageSpeed optimization specialist to help us pass Core Web Vitals on our WordPress website.We've already implemented common performance plugins and optimizations,
but we're still not passing CWV in real-world data (CrUX/Search Console),
and current lab scores are around: ~87 Mobile ~92 Desktop
We need someone who can go beyond basic plugin tweaks
and deliver real CWV pass results especially on mobile.,
- Audit the website using PageSpeed Insights Lighthouse WebPageTest Chrome DevTools ,
- Identify what's causing CWV failures field + lab ,Fix performance bottlenecks such as
- ,3.1 Render-blocking resources / critical CSS,,3.2 JavaScript execution delays/long tasks,,3.3 Unused CSS/JS asset bloat,
