This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while helping travelers plan their dream vacations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting travelers with inquiries, bookings, and travel-related information through online channels.

Booking Coordination:
Assist in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements according to customer preferences.

Training:
Participate in comprehensive training sessions to become familiar with our booking systems, travel policies, and customer service standards.

Problem Resolution:
Handle customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and seamless travel experience.

Stay Informed:
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry updates to better assist customers.

Qualifications:
No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Passion for travel and helping others.

Pay and Benefits:
Competitive weekly pay ranging from €120 to 285.
