Join our team as an Accounting Services Representative for the Summer 2023 term. In this role, you'll make a difference while building the skills and experience that will propel your career forward.

What you will accomplish with us:

Analyze and track requests from Intact employees
Troubleshoot corporate card issues
Rigorous followup of noncompliance items in a timely manner according to the process in place.
Respond to various requests from our internal customers.
Ensure that Intact policies are followed according to established rules
Perform certain office tasks
Participate in improving our processes and updating our procedures
Under the supervision of the corporate card manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams and demonstrate your skills in carrying out different activities.

What skills you will use:

In the process of obtaining a diploma of college or professional studies
Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Motivated and willing to learn and find creative solutions.
Sense of organization and the ability to multitask while prioritizing them properly.
Bilingual: must communicate easily in English (requirement)
Communication skills
