About the Position
Globe is currently looking to fill a full-time Term (6 months) Accounting Administrator position within our Winnipeg portfolio.
JOB SUMMARY
- review and verify ledgers
- enter charges and credits on accounts
- post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- correspond with Property Managers, Vendors, tenants, and other staff
- filing
- provide supporting documentation for queries
- other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry Level
- Selfmotivated, professional and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to problem solve with mínimal direction
- Able to provide a Clear Criminal Record check upon request
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, knowledge of web/internet technologies and MS Office suite.
- Excellent time management skills to simultaneously handle and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and requests.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Yardi Experience not required but is an asset.

Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
