Manager, Enterprise Partnerships Analytics


What is the opportunity?


In this role, you will drive the analytics agenda that support merchant partnerships and engagement in the Loyalty Portfolio Management & Analytics (LPM&A) organization.

You will leverage extensive datasets across multiple data sources as well as advanced analytical tools to deliver meaningful analysis and insights that inform business decisions.


What will you do?

  • Responsible for addressing the analytics needs of internal stakeholders and external partners including creating business cases and developing performance reporting and dashboarding.
  • Lead internal stakeholder consultation endtoend from assessing data needs, extracting data, analysis, translating data into insights and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Business Development, Relationship Management, Offers Execution to drive project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for data automation, templating and process improvements.
  • Project manage and prioritize requests independently, escalate where appropriate.
  • Work through and reduce ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate maturity in business judgment and decision making.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency and handson experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, ThinkCell
  • Results oriented with the ability to produce high quality output that meets project timelines
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, effectively explain complex analytics to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work with large and complex data sets
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work in a fast pace and matrix organization with a focus on managing multiple priorities
