We are looking for a Strategic Business Consultant to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Strategic Business Consultant, you will partner customers with and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth & profitability, and help customers achieve their fleet goals.


A Day in the Life- Identify opportunities to improve our customers' fleet performance through in-depth data discovery, and through financial and process analyses.- Maintain regular interaction to proactively identify new savings or other opportunities for the customers that you support- Conduct thorough and detailed analyses using client data, benchmarking data, and decision support models- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, determining the appropriate course of action, reporting results, and making meaningful recommendations- Responsible for working with the customer to execute upon your recommended courses of action.

- Identify and articulate best practices within an industry


Requirements:


  • Technical or Business bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting Concentration preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years' business experience
  • Experience with and ability to interpret of financial models, Microsoft Excel proficiency
- (pivot tables, V look ups)
  • Experience in the Power BI is asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with "C-Level" audience in a client or prospect organization
  • Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Thoroughness, persistence, and a desire to get to the rootcause of problems
  • Willingness to travel occasionally in the US and Canada.
  • Availability after hours and weekends, on rare occasion
