We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator and Manager to join our team.As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for accurately estimating construction projects and managing them to successful completion.

Compensation will be based on knowledge and expertise, and we offer a competitive salary, a pension plan, and a comprehensive benefits package, starting from $30-40 per hour _(depending on experience)_.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in construction project estimating and management
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent budgeting and cost analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Driver's license
