We are looking to add an Order Fulfilment Supervisor (Hybrid role) to our Materials Management team. If you are an energetic, motivated and driven individual, you want to be part of our dynamic engineering team.

The Order Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for providing support and leadership to ensure the effective and efficient execution of the order fulfilment process as it relates to all order fulfillment activities.

They will ensure the timely and effective planning of customer order delivery schedules in accordance with PERI's customer service standards.

Duties include supervising the execution of the order fulfilment team to achieve customer service level requirements and fulfilment process KPIs.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the order fulfilment team and oversee the order fulfilment performance.
  • Maintain and monitor the critical item list, this will require data analysis, forecasting and data management.
  • Interface with Sales to collect data for preparation of upcoming demand and fulfilment.
  • Monitor supply and demand misalignment using PSD and collaborate with Material Manager.
  • Review interwarehouse transfers in PSD to ensure appropriate inventory coverage.
  • Track supply and demand for materials in PSD to determine future material requirements.
  • Assist with the purchasing of materials to ensure future business requirements.
  • Support optimization of regional inventory levels by minimizing transfer costs while also supporting demand.
  • Ability to adapt work priorities to changing needs; develop and execute strategies.
Provide fulfilment updates to customer service department during the order fulfillment process.

  • Assist and collaborate in the resolution of order fulfilment complaints
  • Creating team schedules and delegating tasks to ensure proper workflow and ensure maximum productivity
  • Employee development, including performance review and management, career path training, and growth opportunities

  • Assist in establishing and driving a continuous improvement culture
  • Track and report on department specific KPIs that coincide with business objectives
  • Ensure employees follow the Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations and PERI's Health & Safety Management System
  • Adhere to and continuously promote PERI's health and safety policies and/or procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.
