Looking for a Business Analyst with solid expertise in Contact Center!
- Experience collaborating directly with clients on Contact Center Analytics use cases
- Proficiency in contact center operations, products, and business processes
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with Line of Business and comprehend IVR Requirements
- Create clear documentation of business requirements, functional/nonfunctional requirements, use cases, and call flows
- Develop Business Solutions related to IVR and Routing Requirements
- CCAS experience is a plus
- Utilize Business Analysis tools such as JIRA and Visio
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

From $90,000.00 per year
