The Work Le Travail :

Sales and Marketing of FX Services - 40%:

  • Implementation of a direct to commercial/consumer strategy for FX services to grow market share and achieve fee income targets.
  • Implementation of the FX strategy for credit unions and their members to grow market share and achieve fee income targets.
  • Seek new business development opportunities or profitable arrangements with a focus on increasing the client base and increasing fee revenue.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales/pipeline reports, and competitor information.
  • Lead discussions with clients to ensure understanding of the client's requirement, and to ensure compliance with AML/KYC.
  • Perform analysis of client financial statements and initiate FX credit and settlement facilities requests for submission to the EQ underwriting teams.
  • Work directly with clients to manage their FX risk and develop a hedging policy.
  • Lead and support various initiatives that develop and enhance the FX product suite to ensure strength and viability of solutions.
  • Ensure financial and credit risks are managed satisfactory in conjunction with other internal stakeholders, including credit reviews/renewals and market risks.
  • Maintain industry and competitive awareness, including identifying emerging issues and trends within the FX space.
  • Grow revenue for the FX solution by increasing the client base.

Provide excellent service to existing clients - 40%:

  • Maintain long-term strategic relationships with credit unions, credit union members and commercial clients who are users of the FX system to create mutually valuable and long-term sustainable.
  • Work directly with clients to map their FX risk and draft a hedging policy.
