Responsible for handling the Centre's reception and administrative duties. Acting as the first point of contact for customers.


Primary responsibilities:

• Meet and Greet customers and escort them, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and greet parents and students in a professional, friendly manner.
• Register customers and collect documentation.
• Inform parents and help them manage and schedule bookings for the STEM camp classes.
• Show up reliably early or on time.
• You will assist the teacher with class setup and class cleanup and help with classroom sanitization and keeping the class in order
• To maintain a welcoming and safe environment

- helping the children with meals, activities, and personal hygiene where necessary

• Ability to operate computerized phone systems effectively

Schedule:

• Regular class days run Tuesday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Saturday, 9 30 am to 5 pm
• Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm

Pay:
From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 13 per week
