Sales Manager (Concession), Harry Rosen Bloor Street Location


As a
leader of the business, you will be part of a
diverse leadership and sales
team, who you will
inspire and
motivate each day.

You will
influence the sales teams of our retail partners on
driving sales, providing
excellent product knowledge, building strong relationships and ensure the brands are represented to the Armani standards.

Your ability to combine
entrepreneurial spirit,
passion for the brand(s) and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with
organizational skills to manage the business will greatly influence the results.


As a Sales Manager in Concession, you will support the execution of our
shared mandate to drive sales, maintain
strong visual
standards and partner with the team members or our retail partners' to
expand and grow
client relationships with a special focus on MTM.

Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to
partner with and support their associates,
drive store revenue and shape the
brand experience.

In addition, you will be
accountable for ensuring appropriate
communications are cascaded throughout the team.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum one (1) years of experience in similar retail luxury field
  • College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Experience with luxury apparel sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate indirect reports
  • Demonstrated experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and Presentations
  • Basic experience level with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
  • While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
  • Ability to travel when required, both domestic and international
