Position Overview

Responsibilities

Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, strategize and implement recruitment plans, and assist in the creation of professional job descriptions for internal and external use
Post and renew job advertisements on various online sites and job boards
Build and maintain strong pipelines of top talent for proactive recruiting
Establish and maintain solid relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and advice as a trusted talent partner
Conduct reference checks and highlight findings to hiring manager
Stay on top of the recruiting industry trends and best practices
Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in recruiting projects as required

Qualifications

Postsecondary education in Human Resources or related field is preferred
12 years of fulllifecycle recruitment experience
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and legislation
Experience with social media and other methods of networking such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with Success Factors is an asset

Job Types:
Contract, Temporary, Full-time

Contract length: 12-18 months
