CRITERIA RATING (100 MAXIMUM)

Criteria - Business Analysis 40 points

  • Recent experience as the lead or primary Business Analyst on large I&IT projects
  • Extensive experience with business process analysis and modelling
  • Extensive experience in development of requirements, facilitating Business Process
  • Reengineering sessions and feasibility studies
  • Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures
  • Conduct, assess, evaluate and document stakeholder interests and business needs
Criteria - Business Architecture 25 points

  • Experience in the last 5 years developing business architecture artifacts for Row 1 (Conceptual) and Row 2 (Logical)
Criteria - Technology Experience 20 points

  • Experience in the last 5 years working on projects using.
NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET,.NET framework), MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Java / Oracle, Team Foundation Server, proficiency in use of MS Office 2010 or later software suite

Criteria - Communication 10 points

  • Excellent communication skills; experience planning and leading JAD sessions and workshops with stakeholders
Criteria - Public Service Experience 5 points

Salary:
$400.00-$650.00 per day
