We are hiring a
Full Time HR Coordinator on a 4 month contract with possibility of extension to support our
Corporate office in
Toronto. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing HR Team in the health care sector.

Job Description:

Support the HR department by providing assistance with HR programs, reports, communications, and presentations as required
Organize and maintain filing, online HR folders, and information
Organize all administration related to training, including enrollment, materials, and attendance and evaluation tracking
Schedule and coordinate orientation for new employees.
Coordination of all new hire paperwork (ex: monitor status of outstanding documents, confirming collection and processing for onboarding)

Qualifications:

12 years' experience in a Human Resources Role
Administrative experience an asset
Postsecondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems (ATS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
