Description
Rosno Management and Leasing Ltd., a diversified property management company located in Halifax, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Management Bookkeeper in HalifaxAs the successful individual, you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping for property management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Property Management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Great Plains software.
- Attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines.
What you will be doing:
- Posting rental payments
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Overseeing bank auto payments, producing cheques, reconciling credit cards, and responsible for all accounting needs of the business.
- Maintaining tracking through Excel spreadsheets
- Producing tenant communications that relate directly to accounting etc. Other duties as required.
