Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researches and designs learning and development solutions to support the Human Rights Based training, designs classroom and e-learning courses (using Articulate software) which adhere to adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.

Develops training materials including lesson plans, training manuals and evaluation/testing plans. Delivers learning material, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.

Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and develops follow-up training initiatives and materials to enhance learning retention and improve on-the-job performance.

Assists with the design, development and maintenance of the Corporate Learning and Development intranet site. Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Pursuing a degree/diploma in Adult Learning and Development, Teaching and Training or related field of study
Knowledge of adult learning principles and developing and facilitating learning programs and systems for adult learners for both in-person and online learning formats
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Well-developed keyboarding and data entry skills
Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential and sensitive environment
