Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our food preparation and service.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes
  • Help with cooking tasks under the guidance of the kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Support the kitchen staff in serving meals to customers
  • Help with meal preparation for special events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or food preparation setting is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$16.55 per hour
