ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will provide accounting services to a portfolio of Strata and Rental properties

· Monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations

· Monthly and year-end journal entries, adjustments and accruals

· Providing financial budgeting assistance to Property Managers

· Answering client inquiries through email or phone

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

1 year experience in property management or transferable accounting environment (Rental experience is an asset)

Experience with Buildium or Condo Manager Accounting Software preferred.

Experience in full-cycle accounting is a must.

Exceptional organization skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
