    Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

    Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and coordinating tasks, ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness.

    • Supervise and coordinate activities of light duty cleaners
    • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

    The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules, recommending additional services as needed, and assisting cleaners in performing their duties. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration or related field
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
