Description
Responsibilities:
- Working with department heads to create training programs
- Communicating with Hiring Managers to decide on qualifications for positions
- Reaching out to people with relevant education and experience
- Answering questions from applicants
- Conducting and analyzing surveys of applicants and Hiring Managers to choose efficient recruiting and hiring methods
- Holding preliminary interviews on the phone or inperson
- Review and submit hours for pay
- Record, balance electronic fund transfer (payment files)
Skills:
- Professional Business Administration
- College diploma or equivalent experience in Business or Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fastpaced environment
- Some flexibility in your work schedule is required. You must be available to work evenings and weekends when required (up to 60% of the time).
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Must have a good understanding of math and be able to operate basic office equipment such as computers and printers.
Salary:
$45,000.00 per year
