You will be assigned a personal inside sales rep to assist you in calling. They will set appointments for you to take along with you setting appointments for yourself with a large amount of leads provided.

We are seeking a motivated Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct property showings and open houses
  • Market properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and networking
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on pricing, market trends, and property value
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure a seamless transaction process
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and changes

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and documentation
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse client needs
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset to provide exceptional service to clients
  • Knowledge of the local market trends and regulations

Pay:
$150,000.00-$312,000.00 per year
