Sales Operations - Vancouver, Canada - CDM2 Lightworks

This is an intermediate position within our inside team to help support CDm2 LIGHTWORKS sales division and

• Manage internal administration for manufacturers, new onboarding, pricing, factory contacts and processes for the

Operations Team along with any policy changes which need to be communicated to distribution customers.

• Assist Director of Operations with weekly and monthly reporting on order bookings, including sending out individual

reports to Operations staff to review backlog timing and open quotes forecasting.

• To manage troubleshoot and validate warranty claims on projects by contacting the manufacturer when problems arise,

ensure communication between all parties is cohesive along with steps to resolve issues.

• Support Sales and Marketing activities as directed, including events, tradeshows, and manufacturer visits.
• Support the Director of Operations with facilitating internal meetings, agendas, training sessions and related

documentation.

• To work with the Accounting dept to approve invoices from vendors and suppliers, assist with commission reconciliation

as requested.

• Facilities management, to oversee the maintenance of office equipment and shared spaces by ensuring a safe functional

environment. Including coordinating with the property management company for repairs or issues.

• Phone answering, managing the info inbox for general inquiries and back up for shipping and receiving as needed during

high volume times or for vacation coverage as needed.

• Contribute to the operational efficiency of the organization and business transformation process.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vancouver, BC V6A 1H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Administrative: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (preferred)
