    Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Innovation, the Product Manager, Mobile Solutions is a critical part of the organization in helping with bringing new solutions to life and enhancing our existing portfolio of products.

    Working with existing and new clients on the implementation through successful launch, as well as looking to improve NRT products within the Innovation Group.


    As a Product Manager, Mobile Solutions, serving as the product leader, you'll use your strong background in customer service and implementation to drive successful delivery in partnership with other teams and departments.

    You will identify business and technical requirements, establish and maintain product roadmaps, build roll-out plans, follow up with our engineers, work with partners and clients to create integrations between systems, and generally make sure that our client implementations are successful.

    Being able to travel on the first day of employment is integral to consideration.

    Responsibilities


    • Consult and provide direction of mobile product design based on client needs, market direction, user journeys and mobile best practices.
    • Work closely with product team to define and prioritize mobile product roadmap for gaming and non-gaming integrations.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, development team, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into functional and intuitive mobile experiences.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate product features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across mobile platforms.
    • Define and execute on delivery, enhancements, and updates.
    • Provide consulting services to clients enabling them to maximize their use of mobile products.
    • Strengthen and support strategic and key partnerships agreements.
    • Support strategic sales initiatives including strengthening the relationships and collaboration between internal and external CMS and other types of third-party source system partners.
    • Assist with pre-sales product demonstrations and aid in scoping projects or developing proposals.
    • Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
    • Document and diagnose customer issues and requests and provide second level technical support.
    • Establish support channel processes and recommend best practices suitable for your product
    • Identify gaps in functionality and work with the development team to enhance the mobile product and oversee the go to market strategy of any enhancements or new products.
    • Maintain demo apps used by CMC partners/sales team as APIs/SDKs are updated along with new mobile integrations.
    • Participate in broader Innovation Group initiatives to further integrate NRT products.
    • Report and coordinate with key stakeholders and detail product roadmap priorities routinely
    • Stay informed about mobile technologies, frameworks, and design trends for various platforms (iOS, Android, Web, etc.) to drive innovation, maintain competitive advantage, and ensure scalability of mobile applications.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications


    • Proven experience in product management, development or implementation working with software development teams with a focus on mobile applications.
    • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of mobile app development technologies, platforms, and ecosystems.
    • Strong customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills.
    • A great communicator who can break down complex ideas and talk tech to non-technical people.
    • Familiar with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
    • Motivated self-starter, comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous environment with little direction, while focusing on high-impact work.
    • Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects and clients.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Travel will be required but will vary depending on business needs.
