Description
Prepare, season and cook menu items to the standards

  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • If neccesary clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean, stock and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
  • Participate in ordering, receiving and inventory
  • Labelling and packing of outgoing product to internal and external vendors
  • Other duties as assigned or required by Chef

Qualifications:


  • Previous kitchen experience preferred with a basic understanding of cooking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Cutting, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast
- paced environment

  • Be able to lift and carry light loads up to 40 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Additional Information


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30-38 per week


Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
