Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Train and supervise dining room staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in restaurant management, including team management and scheduling
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
  • Bartending skills are a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry and its trends

shift is 11pm-7pm every other weekend is also required


Salary:
From $17.60 per hour
