As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage key client technical implementations and projects, ensuring coordination and completion within the specified timeframe, budget, and scope.

You will oversee the entire technical implementation workstream, covering activities from requirement gathering, project scoping, solution design, project kick-off, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), hyper care, launch, and handover to BAU/Support.


In this role, you will serve as the main client-facing contact point during technical delivery, and as a key liaison.

Additionally, you will manage various partners and workstreams to deliver technology-supporting high-profile marketing campaigns. Internally, you will collaborate closely with local campaign project managers to align technical and non-technical activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Requirement Gathering:


  • Provide technical support for tcc sales/omnichannel teams in presales and postsales processes.
  • Understand client's technical requirements and align tcc solutions to ensure fitforpurpose delivery.
  • Capture agreed scope and deliverables in the SoW.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate client requirements into appropriate solutions.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to ensure user journeys and designs meet project requirements.

Project/Technical Delivery:


  • Partner with tcc technology vendors for solution implementation, managing all connectivity.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, ensuring endtoend delivery is complete and operational.
  • Collaborate with Local Campaign Project Managers to establish robust plans and governance.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Assist with ongoing campaign management to ensure technical solutions run smoothly in BAU.
  • Establish regular and effective communication channels and meeting cadences.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Build strong relationships with the client's technical/IT/omnichannel stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent work streams, such as project implementation, production support, and change requests.
  • Work with product teams to manage technical partner relationships.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the delivery framework.

Skills & Experience

  • Project management Qualification (PMP, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2)
  • Possesses an extensive knowledge of technology and business operations and its constraints
  • Excellent understanding of technology life cycles and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
  • Experience with relevant systems e.g. ERP, CRM, Web Applications, SaaS solutions, System Integration/Connectivity, Reporting/BI tools
  • Proven track record of delivering enterpriseIT projects
  • Solutionorientated and problem solver
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Able to take initiative and ownership of your deliverables within a dynamic and highly supportive environment
