Operations Supervisor - Mississauga, Canada - Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of our training institute in all 12 cities.
- Coordinate with facility managers to ensure all training facilities are wellequipped with the necessary supplies, equipment, and resources for smooth course delivery.
- Collaborate with faculty members to create an efficient scheduling system that ensures optimal utilization of faculty for all scheduled courses throughout the year.
- Oversee inventory management of medical and nonmedical supplies and equipment, maintaining adequate stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct regular evaluations of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate logistics for courses, including participant registration, scheduling, materials preparation, and facility setup.
- Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and manage administrative staff in various locations to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain effective communication channels with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to address any operational issues or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of operations across all locations and implement necessary improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend necessary updates to training programs and operational procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the student experience and overall satisfaction across all training locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team across multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to identify operational inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools to track and analyze data, such as inventory management systems or CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the training or education industry is desirable.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus.

Salary:
$42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Experience:
