Datastage Developer Job Title: Datastage Developer Location: Toronto ON Employment Type Contract Pay Rate CAD40 - CAD45HR INC Job Description Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain ETL processes using IBM Datastag v112 or higher Perform data analysis to understand data flow structures identify anomalies and resolve data issues Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Optimize ETL workflows for performance scalability Provide support throughout the SDLC including development testing deployment post-production support Document technical designs processes best practices Work in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning daily standups retrospectives Required Skills Experience Solid understanding of ETL concepts data integration best practices Strong data analysis skills troubleshoot resolve data anomalies Proficiency in the SDLC cycle from requirement gathering postproduction support NiceToHave Skills Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI SSIS SSRS Familiarity Autosys for job scheduling Exposure Agile methodology JIRA Confluence Disclaimer AI tools may assist in the recruitment process however all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates
