Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative/Marketing Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.

In addition, you will actively contribute to our marketing efforts by managing social media interactions and optimizing our online presence.

Salary; 40,000 per year

Bilingual (English and French)


Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative functions
  • Adding new products to our online computer database
  • Prepare and print presentations in PowerPoint
  • Complete customer data entry forms about our products
  • Assist the Product Manager with other clerical/administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 13 years of Marketing/Administrative/Data Entry experience
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to do minor editing of photos in Adobe Photoshop is an asset
