The Nitty Gritty:
This is a 100% remote position.
The Duties:
- Regularly conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of content production and merchandising strategies, using results to inform decisionmaking and optimize performance
- Continually monitor and analyze performance metrics postimplementation to assess the success of changes and make necessary adjustments for continual improvement
- Provide guidance to the art and game design team based on datadriven insights, facilitating the creation of compelling and monetizable game content that resonates with our player base
- Oversee live operations to ensure smooth gameplay experiences, timely content updates, and effective resolution of any technical issues
- Regularly review and analyze revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any areas of concern to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Serve as the advocate for our player base, taking ownership of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and using player feedback to inform product decisions
Requirements:
- 4+ years of related experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Portfolio Director role
- 2+ years of experience at a live operations game company
- 4+ years of experience at a F2P games company
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing complex data sets, with the ability to write comprehensive reports that summarize key findings and provide strategic recommendations for action
- Proven experience managing a diverse range of content and adept at handling frequent content updates, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to changing market trends and customer preferences
- Possesses a proactive interest in exploring the intersection of AI / ML and gaming, with a focus on how AI can enhance gameplay and market research in an openworld RPG
