Job duties but not limited to:

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing Serenity Spa appointments.
• Addressing guest requests.
• Answering phone calls.
• Anticipating guests' needs.
• Other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
