What are we seeking?


As we continue to grow, so do our opportunities We currently have an opening on our team for a fun, enthusiastic individual who is passionate and want to be part of our mission for Greener Lawns, Healthier Landscapes, and Better Environments.

As a Customer Development Specialist, you would be responsible for:


  • Learning and maintaining the knowledge around our programs and services that we offer
  • Learning how to navigate our CRM and google focused workspaces
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member
  • Keeping track of accounts and providing the appropriate follow up when required
  • Working with our marketing team and the remainder of the office to ensure we focus our best efforts towards the platforms receiving the most amount of quality leads
  • Supporting roles like dispatch and sales during high traffic times of the year
  • Partaking in various open discussions regarding improving lead generation and customer experience on a weekly basis
  • Making daily decisions while utilizing our 5 core values: Collaboration, Curiosity, Commitment, Transparency, and Consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Social, positive, energetic, personable, and selfmanaged
  • Organized with ambition to work well in fast paced environments, and the patience to reflect and evolve processes in a slower paced environment
  • Eager to learn and able to work with others
  • Communicating with technicians and the rest of the office team to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Ability to hear and understand various conditions that customers may be describing and assist them in the right direction toward better results

Salary:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
