The Field Operations Manager - Eastern Region is responsible for managing new installation & modernization operational activities through conforming to customer customer requirements as related to safety cost improvement customer satisfaction in support Branch/District objectives They have responsibility health safety requirements People Management Provide leadership direction operational functions alignment local strategies Corporate District/Branch objectives Manage direct reports mentoring guidance constructive feedback promote employee development Ensure field supervisory/support employees trained committed Schindler quality initiatives objectives including identifying training needs deliver training (safety technical) field supervisory employees Interface IUEC Representation foster positive labor relations Safety Supervision Implement customer Company requirements quality performance reliability passenger safety each location supervision Ensure exceptional quality standards training performance field personnel Manage hourly field employees mentoring guidance constructive feedback promote employee development Make sound judgments motivation training assignments all employees assigned responsibility meeting exceeding customer requirements Coach hourly field employees Company methods quality productivity safety Monitor work all hourly field personnel quantitative qualitative point view Review time tickets accuracy maintain vacation schedules Persuade field employees follow practices procedures foster teamwork improve quality productivity Financial Management Managesupport service area financial budget appropriate controls place labour material spend Process Quality Management Monitor job completion check points implement required corrective action drive service delivery performance BDP model Ensure maintenance meet Schindler passenger safety contract defined by government regulatory compliance Provide technical support Sales Field customers ISO compliance Customer Service External Relations Liaise property management representatives building owners ensure compliance with government regulatory ensure prompt professional manner communicate clearly written communications demonstrate fair value expenditures monitor calls portfolio eliminate repetitive calls maintain proactive relationships Union business agent
