What you will do:
Manager, Loyalty Partnerships and Operations

What your day looks like:

Contribute to the ideation, design and development of future looking strategies to accelerate growth and drive new revenue streams by acquiring new customers and driving engagement through our Scene+ partnership.
Serve as Cineplex's partnership lead, owning the daytoday relationship and marketing plans.
Manage overall loyalty budget, leading monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Champion and drive the execution of high impact gotomarket programs for new products, partnerships, and programs with a loyalty lens that will accelerate customer growth and drive business value
Work alongside data and analytics partners to report on program performance, share key insights and recommendations with key stakeholders

What you bring to this role:

2-3 years of management experience, within areas of Marketing, Product / Program Management,
Prior experience in managing a loyalty program is an asset
Demonstrated success in developing gotomarket plans
A curious and exploratory mindset to analyze and sort through complex problems and formulate creative solutions to deliver against plans
Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with external partners
Strong planning and project implementation experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
