Roofer/Labourer


The Donnlyn Group is a fast growing construction company, seeking experienced Roofers and General Labourers to join our team in Bracebridge, ON.

We are looking for a skilled roofer, preferably with an assistant but this is not required. This position is full time, and requires a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites. You must have experience roofing/be comfortable working with heights, and be knowledgeable on different types of roofing processes. Wages are based on experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform all duties assigned at the job site
  • Duties include removing existing roofing, installing new roofing, eaves troughs, gutters, fascia, soffit, roof cleaning, skylight removal and install, vent replacements, general labour, etc.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of work vehicles and equipment
  • Complete all assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain a professional attitude towards fellow employees and clients
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, and other employees
  • Update site manager on work completed

Qualifications:


  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience (required)
  • Ability to work at height
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40-50 per week


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Roofing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bracebridge, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
